Welcome to an adventure of a lifetime in a tiny town in Poland

Six days of adventure aroun the WIm Hof Method. At least that is what is has been to us, when we started with the Wim Hof Method and especially this trip to Poland. We want to offer you the exact same trip as that we have had as instructors-to-be when we were instructed by Wim Hof himself during our formation to become an instructor.

We will go up the same mountains, dive in the same pools and experience the same challenges as that we have had.

When you want to feel strong again, proud of yourself, feel yours self, reunite your body and mind, feel healthier and most of all feel so much Happier, than this is a trip for you. We call it a Holiday for the rest of your Life!!

Because everything that you will learn and everything that you will experience will stay with you for the rest of your life. The challenges with your mind, the feelings that will arise within you during the exercises and during our exposure in pure raw nature, the new friends that are being made will enlighten you for the rest of your life.

Included are:

lodging in hotel
food: breakfast, lunch, dinner. A selection of fresh, organic produce to replenish the calories that are rapidly burned at subzero temperatures.
all excursions
use of sauna and other site facilities
transfer from the airport from Prague, Czech to Prezieska, Poland and back on the last day.

Flight Arrangements

You want to fly into Václav Havel Airport, in Prague (IATA code: PRG). Our shuttle buses then take you to Poland. Pick-up from the airport is at 6 PM on the first day, and departure on the final day is at 5 AM, to ensure arrival back at the airport no later than 10 AM.

The Poland Winter Travel is suitable for people ages 18 and up, and requires no prior WHM experience.
